Orders placed before 2 pm EST will usually ship the same day. Occasionally, during our peak season, it may take up to 48 hours before we ship your order. We try very hard to keep all of our pontoon boat seats and furniture in stock at all times. If for some reason a back order occurs, we will email or call you to make you aware of the situation.
All pontoon boat seats and pontoon furniture packages ship for free from our own warehouses, directly to your residence/business.
NOTICE: Unfortunately, we cannot ship products to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or to any other location outside of the continental United States.

We ship all of our pontoon boat seats, furniture, parts and accessories via FedEx Ground, Yellow or UPS Freight.
You will not need to be home at the time of delivery, as FedEx will leave your packages without a signature authorization. We know that it is difficult to schedule your day around a delivery; for this reason, we have selected FedEx to deliver your pontoon accessories directly to your home or office. Please be aware that, under certain circumstances, we may need to ship your seating order with a truck line, rather than FedEx, in order to ensure complete delivery.
Marine plywood and Pontoon Re-Deck Kits are the exception, however, and they will always need to be delivered via truck line. Our freight carriers will deliver to a residential address, although it may be more convenient for you to have us ship plywood to a business address, as it can be difficult to remove the sheets of plywood from the rear of the truck at the end of your driveway. If we do ship it to your home, we recommend that you arrange some additional help for unloading.
Pontoon Trailers are priced for PICK UP ONLY. We cannot ship these trailers - they must be picked up at our warehouse in Elkhart, IN or at the manufacturer in Lebanon, MO. Contact our trailer dept. directly at 574-970-1311 or email at trailers@pontoonstuff.com.
If an order is missing after it has been shipped, you must contact us immediately. FedEx will do their best to search for the missing package by filing a trace. If FedEx deems the package missing, an insurance claim can be filed and a replacement order can be shipped out. All missing package claims must be submitted within 30 business days. If you do not contact us within 30 days, we have no recourse to submit a claim with Fedex. |

Items that require a 9.99 shipping Charge
Some smaller items, when ordered by themselves, do require us to charge a flat $9.99 for FedEx shipping. We understand that it can be frustrating when shipping is half the cost of an item, but it costs us an average of $9.99 to FedEx even an envelope to a residential address. This is why we add a flat charge to things like Fence Riser Kits, when they are the only item ordered. Of course, the moment any of our seating or a number of parts are ordered simultaneously our Free Shipping kicks in, as we can bundle the items together. We ship smaller items FedEx rather than sending them via the Post Office. FedEx is simply more reliable when you want products delivered quickly and promptly.
Sales Tax
We are required by the State of Indiana to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to an address within the State of Indiana. If you are outside the State of Indiana, you will not be charged sales tax.
NOTE: Re-Deck kits and marine plywood do require us to charge additional freight. Please call or email us before ordering any marine plywood.
We want to make buying your new pontoon furniture as simple as possible, from the moment the order is placed to the time it is delivered. It is our goal that our customers should not need to worry about additional freight costs or delivery hassle. Your items will be delivered on time and in perfect condition, and for those rare cases where packages are damaged during transit, we will take care of everything. If, for example, you find one of your items has been damaged in transit, simply call us and we will issue a return service request and ship you out a replacement. You only need to tape up the damaged box (if opened) and set it in the spot it was left when delivered. FedEX will pick up the damaged item and return it to us.
