1. Contest Overview:The "Share Your Winter Renovation Story" contest ("Contest") is hosted by PontoonStuff ("Sponsor"). Participants are invited to share their pontoon restoration process and photos by completing the Google Form linked on PontoonStuff’s website. Submissions must include information on purchases made between November 1, 2024, and March 25, 2025. The Contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on February 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 31, 2025 ("Contest Period").

2. Eligibility:The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older as of the start date of the Contest. Employees, officers, and directors of PontoonStuff, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter:To participate, complete the online Google Form linked on PontoonStuff’s website during the Contest Period. Each entry must include:

• A detailed description of your pontoon restoration process.
• Photos showing "Before," "After," and optional additional stages of the renovation.

Entrants must also provide:

• Full Name and Email Address
• Boat Year, Make, and Model
• Scope of Renovation (e.g., Complete Overhaul, Major Renovation, Minor Updates)
• Areas Renovated (e.g., Decking, Flooring, Seating, Console, Electrical Systems, Exterior Fencing, Accessories, etc.)
• Products Used from PontoonStuff and any non-PontoonStuff products
• Estimated and Actual Budget
• Motivation, Challenges, and Advice for Renovation Projects

PontoonStuff will verify purchases made through its online records. Limit one (1) entry per person. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Prizes:The following prizes will be awarded:

• Grand Prize: Full refund on PontoonStuff purchases, up to $12,000.
• Runner-Up Prize: Yeti Tundra 65 Hard Cooler.
• 3rd - 5th Prizes: Yeti Roadie 15 Hard Cooler.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:Eligible entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

• Creativity and originality of the restoration story (40%)
• Quality and detail of photos submitted (30%)
• Overall presentation and impact (30%)

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor. All decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified via email by April 15, 2025. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Use of Submissions:By entering the Contest, participants grant PontoonStuff a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from their submission (including text and photos) in any media, including but not limited to PontoonStuff’s website, advertisements, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Participants agree that their submission may be used in a testimonial video, to be filmed in August 2025. No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

7. Publicity:Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of the participant’s name, likeness, and submission content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions:Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.

9.Limitation of Liability:By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PontoonStuff, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, or damage arising from or related to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

10. Governing Law:The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy:Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
